Innovative does not handle the following types of shipments:

  • We specialize in B2B logistics only and do not provide services for consumer or residential freight
  • Shipments that require placards, e.g. Hazardous Materials
  • Shipments requiring pallet exchange
  • Over-dimensional and special permit shipments
  • Produce and temperature controlled shipments
  • Intermodal and Mexican shipments
  • Shipments requiring dropped trailers
  • Shipments requiring special handling
  • Shipments requiring Driver to handle freight or hire lumper

Terms of Service

All shipments tendered to Innovative Worldwide Logistics, Inc. are subject to the company’s Terms of Service Agreement unless agreed to otherwise in writing.

What Is a Freight Broker?

Legal Definition

Broker means a person who, for compensation, arranges, or offers to arrange, the transportation of property by an authorized motor carrier. Motor carriers, or persons who are employees or bona fide agents of carriers, are not brokers within the meaning of this section when they arrange or offer to arrange the transportation of shipments which they are authorized to transport and which they have accepted and legally bound themselves to transport.
